Choosing Cremation – Family Issues

Posted on February 24, 2022 by RSS feed aggregator

To ensure that no pieces of the coffin from getting damaged in the process of cremation, there are no limitations. All family members and guests can join in and be a part of the ceremony, however, the operator will go ahead in the cremation process even if they choose not to.

Once all the metal pieces have been removed and the casket is laid on the loading table. If the cremation chamber is set and preheated then the casket is rolled gently in the cremation chamber. Certain types of caskets produce bigger fires once in the chamber. The make of the casket affects the size of the flames.

The loading arm is removed by pressing a button. After the chamber door is shut, temperatures within the chamber will reach over 800°C.

The process in the chamber may take up to 150 minutes. Once completed, the operator will be notified and will be able to remove any remaining. Any metal items such as pacemakers , fillings or pacemakers are taken out of the ash. In the case of a family collection the ash that is finer in quality can be put in an Urn.
